Mooring ropes shipped to Peru market.
Description
Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) Rope is a type of rope that is made from high-density polyethylene fibers. These fibers are incredibly strong and have a high molecular weight, making them resistant to abrasion, cuts, and wear. UHMWPE rope is used in a variety of applications, including marine, industrial, and military.
Polyester is one of the most popular ropes in the boating industry. It is very close to nylon in strength but stretches very little and therefore cannot absorb shock loads as well. It is equally resistant as nylon to moisture and chemicals, but is superior in resistance to abrasions and sunlight. Good for mooring, rigging and industrial plant use, it is used as fish net and bolt rope, rope sling and alongside towing hawser.

Applications of mooring rope
Mixed marine rope and uhmwpe rope are generally used for keeping a ship attached to a floating platform. Mooring systems are also used by cranes and heavy lifting gear during platform installations. Mooring ropes and wire ropes are used to secure a ship or offshore platform and facilitate activities carried out in the offshore environment such as oil and gas exploration and production, wind energy generation, and marine research.
